河套灌区河套灌区中国设计灌溉面积最大的灌区。位于内蒙古自治区西部的巴彦淖尔盟。北依阴山山脉的狼山、乌拉山南麓洪积扇，南临黄河，东至包头市郊，西接乌兰布和沙漠。灌区始于西汉。1949年有引黄干渠10条，灌溉面积约19.43万公顷。1961年后自黄河三盛公枢纽引水，分为保尔套勒盖、后套、三湖河3个灌域。作物有小麦、杂粮和向日葵等。灌区土地1.16万平方千米。设计灌溉面积73.7万公顷。1987年实灌面积48.37万公顷。1988年，河套灌区配套工程计划开始实施，配套面积达21.11万公顷。有灌渠991千米，排水沟渠791千米。
