聚氨酯微孔弹性体分子式:CAS号:性质:又称高密度泡沫橡胶。是具有微孔结构的聚氨酯弹性体总称。在聚氨酯弹性体(浇注型、热塑型和混炼型)生产过程中添加一定量的发泡剂,经特定的加工工艺而成的产物。其密度通常为240~960kg/m3。有开孔型和闭孔型等各种制品。依所用多元醇的不同分为聚酯、聚醚型两种。具有优异的物理性能,较高的撕裂强度,耐磨性能、减震性能和高载荷性能。广泛用于减震缓冲阻尼材料、地毯背衬、鞋底材料等。
