关于页状砂纸砂布背面复合处理的技术与成本分析页状砂纸砂布在各类工具上装配使用，越来越普及并快速发展。主要装配在电动工具，气动工具和手动工具上。工具化使用砂纸砂布不仅能提高磨削效率，磨削质量和砂纸砂布的利用率，还能降低劳动强度和充分利用砂纸砂布的边角余料，装配式使用将是今后发展的方向，对促进市场需求也将起到积极的推动作用。 目前，市场上装配式使用砂纸砂布的方式有三种基本形式：1，机械装夹式；2，复合拉毛布尼龙搭扣式；3，不干胶粘贴式。 本文就后二种方式的生产工艺与成本进行简要分析。 一，背复合拉毛布 复合拉毛布需要胶粘剂和化纤拉毛布。胶粘剂可以使用白乳胶和丙烯酸树脂不干胶，相比较而言，使用白乳胶粘接强度大，使用中不会脱层。使用不干胶工艺简单，成本低，也可以达到良好的使用效果。下面以使用不干胶为例做成本分析。 不干胶复合拉毛布材料成本统计材料 单价 用量 价值 备注拉毛布 26.00元/KG 80-120G/平方 2.08-3.12含税价不干胶 7.00元/KG 120G/平方 0.84 含税价合计 2.92-3.96 根据国外使用的复合拉毛布样品调查,拉毛布的厚度指标在80-120G/平方,国产拉毛布也有同样的规格,一般条件下80G/平方的拉毛布即可满足要求,但为了提高机用砂纸片的可靠性选用120G/平方的拉毛布其把结力能达到足够强度.从以上数据统计看,复合拉毛布的砂纸砂布将增加材料成本3-4元/平方,加工工艺成本取决于加工的批量,品种,形状和效率等由于复合拉毛布使用上便利和重复性良好,是装配式使用发展的主流方向. 二,背部复合不干胶根据试验不干胶的涂敷量为120G/平方,就能达到必要强度,起隔离作用的硅油纸使用厚度为70-90G/平方即可,成本在0.7元/平方,因此,复合不干胶将在砂纸砂布基础上增加1.5元/平方的成本,不干胶粘贴片在气动工具上用量大,相比较在使用效果和方便程度上都不如拉毛布片,但成本较低。以上是本人在实验室条件下做的一些初步实验数据，提供给本行业仅供参考。
