短暂性脑缺血发作短暂性脑缺血发作transient ischemic attack,TIA急性脑血管病之一。指一时性脑缺血引起的一种局限性脑功能丧失,通常在24小时内完全缓解,不遗留重要神经功能缺陷。主要病因是脑动脉粥样硬化,亦可见于各种原因的动脉炎和心脏病。颈内动脉系统的脑缺血发作以病灶对侧的单瘫或偏瘫为常见,尤以上肢和面部为重,可伴有失语及精神症状。椎-基底动脉系统的脑缺血发作常见症状有眩晕、复视、构音障碍、吞咽困难、共济失调、单侧或双侧肢体瘫痪或感觉障碍等,至少两种以上症状共同出现。大脑后动脉供血不足可出现皮质盲,对侧同向偏盲。防治短暂性脑缺血发作,应针对每个人的病因,对发作次数多,考虑为微栓塞所致者,可慎重地选择抗凝治疗。主要病灶在颈部的动脉、颈内动脉颅内段或限于大脑中动脉主干者,可结合病人的具体情况考虑外科治疗。
