1.This paper briefly introduces the quality problem in the construction of brick wall, including the poor mortar fullness, non-uniform thickness ofhorizontal mortar seam, usage of dry brick, too long stand-by time of mortar, vertical seam in the wall, improper bricking model, and influence of winter construction, etc.简要介绍了砖砌体施工中的质量问题,包括砂浆饱满度差、水平灰缝厚度不均匀、干砖上墙或砂浆待用时间长、砌体留直楂、砌合方式不当以及冬期施工影响等,并提出了相应的解决方法。

1.The technique measure for improving the thermal performances of concrete hollow block wall were raised in terms of analyzing the thermal transmission process of concrete hollow block wall as well as measuring and comparing the transmission thermal resistance of different block types andbuilding mortar layer.通过分析混凝土空心砌块墙体的热传递过程,及对不同块型混凝土空心砌块和砌筑灰缝传热阻的测试比较,提出改善混凝土空心砌块墙体热工性能的技术措施。
