催化部分氧化分子式:CAS号:性质:又称催化部分氧化。烃的催化转化所需要的热量由部分燃烧原料烃提供,达到自热转化。所用原料烃为天然气、石油液化气和轻油等。要使原料烃的部分氧化反应进行得较完全,需要很高的温度,约1350℃。在催化剂作用下可以明显降低反应温度,并有较高转化率。脱硫后的原料烃与水蒸气混合并预热,氧气(或富氧空气)也预热。将两种气流送入自热转化炉顶部烧嘴,经混合后在炉内先进行部分氧化反应(放热反应),气体温度升至1100℃左右,然后在催化剂作用下进行转化反应(吸热反应),出转化炉的高温气体经热量回收后去变换系统。以轻油为原料,用富氧空气制合成氨原料气,生成气大致组成为:H248.0%,CO15.0%,CO216%,CH40.1%,N220.9%。
