高压小电流耐电弧试验分子式:CAS号:性质:又称高压小电流耐电弧试验。本试验是使绝缘材料表面经受高压小电流电弧作用,致使受电弧作用的部分因局部变热、化学分解或腐蚀等而变成导电通路。在板状试样上加两个分开一定距离的不锈钢或钨制电极,以工频高压小电流在两电极间产生电弧,起初是间歇电弧,逐渐使间歇时间变短而电流变大,最后为连续电弧电流最大。材料因经受逐渐苛刻的电弧条件,最终造成试样破坏。该试验结果对评价受电弧作用的绝缘材料,如高压或低压开关绝缘材料,有着重要意义。
