船舶绿色制造技术初探1前言 制造业在为人类提供巨大财富的同时, 也在不断地产生污染物, 对环境造成严重的负面影响。 船舶在制造过程中也同样存在材料的选用和利用不当而造成资源的浪费, 以及对空气、土壤和水体等环境的污染问题。 船舶绿色制造技术, 是综合考虑环境因素和资源利用效率的现代制造模式。要求最大限度地减少对环境的负面影响, 要求原材料和能源的利用效率达到最高。2船舶绿色制造技术的定义、要求和前景2. 1船舶绿色制造技术的定义 在给船舶绿色制造技术定义之前, 先对绿色船舶(产品) 定义, 以区别两者之间的关系。 绿色船舶(产品) , 是指在其全寿命周期中(包括设计、制造、营运、报废拆解) , 通过采用先进技术, 能经济地满足用户功能和使用性能的要求, 并节省资源和能源, 减少或消除环境污染, 且对劳动者(生产者和使用者) 具有良好保护的产品。 船舶绿色制造技术, 是力求船舶制造过程对环境影响最小, 对资源利用率最高的生产技术。在船舶设计和制造过程中, 废弃物和有害排放物最少, 以减少对空气、水和土地的污染; 并节约资源, 从而提高制造活动的经济效益和社会效益。 船舶是一种特殊产品, 其营运寿命终止时, 一般不回原船厂拆解, 因此, 船厂在制造绿色船舶时, 重点应放在设计和生产两个环节上, 以保证船舶的绿色度。2. 2船舶绿色制造技术对设计和制造提出的要求 开展绿色造船, 设计是先导, 设计人员的环境意识决定了船舶产品的绿色度。因此, 设计人员必须具备良好的环境意识。设计中应广泛采用绿色材料、标准化和模块化零部件或单元, 充分考虑加工制造过程中的材料利用率, 同时还必须考虑船舶产品在营运寿命终止后, 报废、拆解不对环境造成负面影响,以及部分材料、零部件和设备能够再生利用; 尽量简化工艺, 优化配置, 提高整个制造系统的运行效率,使原材料和能源的消耗最少; 减少不可再生资源和短缺资源的使用量, 尽量采用各种替代物资和技术。2. 3船舶绿色制造技术的前景 发达国家的造船业对绿色制造技术较为重视,这与其高环保标准和保护施工人员的要求有关。他们对此技术的应用与开发力度较大。相比之下, 发展中国家对该技术的应用多处于一种不自觉的状态。丰富、廉价的劳动力和成本相对较低的原材料, 影响了对该项技术开发与应用的积极性。当前, 船舶绿色制造技术还不会对造船竞争力构成很大影响, 但是,工业发达国家的多个行业, 已经开始重视绿色制造技术, 并在造船业的前瞻性项目和新一代造船技术研究中, 给予了充分的考虑。由于环境和资源的约束, 绿色制造将会变得越来越重要, 而造船的焊接、切割、涂装等大量作业, 已严重不符合环境保护的要求。因此, 这项制造技术的应用前景将是非常美好的。
