高温陶瓷分子式:CAS号:性质:熔融温度在氧化硅熔点(1728℃)以上的陶瓷材料的总称。特种陶瓷的重要组成部分,有时也作为高温耐火材料的组成部分。按材料主要化学组成可分为高温氧化物陶瓷(如Al2O3、ZrO、MgO、CaO、ThO2、Cr2O3、SiO2、BeO、3Al2O3·2SiO2等),碳化物陶瓷,硼化物陶瓷,氮化物陶瓷及硅化物陶瓷等。通常具有耐高温,高强度,高硬度,良好的电性能、热性能和化学稳定性。氧化物高温陶瓷大都在氧化气氛,真空等状态烧结,非氧化物高温陶瓷常用热压或特定气氛下(如氩、氮)烧结。近来也有采用热等静压及微波等方法烧结。对薄膜等,还可采用气相沉积等方法制取。可作为高温结构材料,用于宇航、原子能、电子技术、机械、化工、冶金等许多部门,是现代科学和技术不可缺少的高温工程材料,品种繁多,用途极为广泛。
