RNase分子式:CAS号:性质:催化RNA水解的一种核酸内切酶。反应产物是单核苷酸和寡核苷酸。不同核糖核酸酶催化产物的低聚核苷酸组成有差别。核糖核酸酶T1使之产生单核苷酸和以3′-鸟苷酸为组成的或末端为3′-鸟苷酸的低聚核苷酸。核糖核酸酶T2使之产生单核苷酸和以3′-腺苷酸为组成的或末端为3′-腺苷酸的低聚核苷酸。绝大部分的核糖核酸酶需要二价阳离子作为辅因子(例如Ca2+,Mg2+等)。因此活性可因乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)的存在而阻断。胰核糖核酸酶是3′-嘧啶核苷酸由红酵母发酵液提制而得的核糖核酸酶,其药用油膏可局部外用于治疗外伤及关节疼痛。
