这没有挂载的原因。解决办法如下
解决办法：
1.apt-get install open-vm-toolsopen-vm-dkms
2.使用命令：
vmhgfs-fuse .host:/ /mnt/hgfs
或udo mount -t fuse.vmhgfs-fuse .host:/ /mnt/hgfs -o allow_other
3.如果每次重启之后想让系统自动挂载 #vi /etc/fstab:
在最后添加一行：
.host:/ /mnt/hgfs fuse.vmhgfs-fuse allow_other 0 0
然后重启，大功告成！
