背景
@ControllerAdvice 注解 通常用于定义@ExceptionHandler，@InitBinder和@ModelAttribute适用于所有@RequestMapping方法的方法。
@ExceptionHandler异常处理器
作用:
可以拦截程序抛出来的指定异常。
使用场景:
主要使用与项目统一异常处理，对于rest风格的返回统一异常格式。

作用:
应用到所有@RequestMapping注解方法，在其执行之前初始化数据绑定器
使用场景:
1.可用于绑定作用于全局的请求参数验证器。
2.日期格式把请求中的日期字符串转换成Date类型。
