1.In this paper, the concept of comprehensive satisfaction was presented, it pointed out the company needed to improve the comprehensively satisfaction.本文通过对保定市移动通信公司的深入调查,分析了保定市移动通信公司的环境现状,认识到虽然近年来公司在提高各方满意度方面做了很多工作,取得一定成绩,但是也存在很多问题,本文提出了综合满意度的概念,指出要全面提高公司的满意度,并应用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对公司现在的综合满意度进行了综合评价,然后根据评价结果,针对性地提出了提高综合满意度的对策建议,对保定市移动通信公司提高综合满意度有一定的现实意义。
